I had a great experience at this smartshop thanks to Rashi who helped me out. She was super friendly, welcoming, and took the time to answer my questions without rushing me. You can tell she genuinely cares about customers and wants them to have a good experience. Her positive attitude made the visit really comfortable and enjoyable. Customer service like that definitely makes a difference. I’d happily come back and recommend this place to others.

The experience has been amazing! They are very efficient and extremely polite. I have rented many Times in the last month and each experience has been amazingly smooth. Rashi assisted me with 2 of my rentals and has been extremely polite and clear in explaining the details of the rental. I recommend this location to all my friends and family.
